Photographed in a Budapest ruin bar…
I love good graffiti, bad graffiti, all kinds of graffiti, apart from that which has been co-opted for commercial purposes, for the obvious oxymoron. I’m not politically motivated, however, I was drawn to the directness of this graffiti – the fact that something so current can motivate such a powerful response. What strikes me as ironic (in my opinion) is that Trump is unlikely to wreak as much collective damage as his predecessor Republican presidents, despite his one-egg-short-of-a-dozen ideology… in fact it’s the very absurd nature of Trump that may just motivate a real kind of change by dint of reverse psychology.
