Timber-clad kindling and sparks fly like fire flies in the night of the new moon
– light the only light in the fire, is the fire,
and the only warmth is the fire,
in the dark,
and the fire catches fire, and the world catches fire, and so go the shapes, the shapes into ashes make new shapes from ashes in ashes
– they blow and scatter on the north wind.

Beautiful – you do so much with black and white…
Thank you Michael for taking the time to comment… black & white accentuates the forms I prefer to work with, while simultaneously being symbolic of duality… over the years b&w has become a staple medium for me I guess.
